1. Fill out the form and pack the item


Select repair order

Please print the repair order form and send it filled out with the item to us.


Pack your item carefully, e.g. in a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient packing material to ensure that the item is firmly secured in the box.


2. Shipping to us


Send your package to our workshop.

3. Implementation of the order


Once your repair has been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with the current processing time by e-mail. Once the repair has been completed, you will receive the invoice by e-mail or post.

4. Payment & return shipping to customers


After receiving your payment we will ship your item back to you.
