Send in a repair - that's how it works

1. Fill out the form and pack the item


Select repair order

Please print out your repair order and send it filled out with the item to us.


Pack your item carefully, for example in a sturdy box with enough packing material so that the item sits firmly in the box. Enclose the completed repair order.


2. Shipping to us


Send your package to our workshop.

3. Implementation of the order


After arrival and review of the repair order, we will repair your item. You will then receive your invoice by email or post.

4. Payment & return shipping to customers


After receiving your payment we will ship your item back to you.
